How Do I Book Your Chauffeur Service?

Booking with us is simple and convenient. You can book your chauffeur service with us online through our website or mobile app. Alternatively, you can also contact our customer service team directly to assist you with your booking.

What is Hourly booking and how long is a day hire?

Hourly booking, also known as "As Directed" or "Bespoke Hire" service, offers you the luxury and comfort of having the same trusted chauffeur throughout the day/s. Enjoy freedom of movement as your chauffeur watches your belongings and is always there when you need him. The day hire is a minimum of 8hrs or more.

Do I need to book your chauffeur service in advance?

We recommend booking our chauffeur service at least 24 hours in advance to ensure the chauffeur and vehicle availability, although we can accommodate last-minute bookings whenever possible.

Are there any hidden charges or fees associated with your services?

No, we believe in transparent pricing and strive to provide our clients with upfront pricing without any hidden charges or fees. The price you see is the price you pay.

What vehicles do you offer for chauffeur service?

We offer a wide range of vehicles to ensure that you travel in comfort and style. There are 3 categories of the service - First Class, First Class SUV and Business Class Xl. Our fleet includes top-of-the-line models such as the Mercedes-Benz S Class, BMW 7 Series, Range Rover Vogue Autobiography and Mercedes-Benz V Class.

Do you provide child seats or booster seats for families?

Yes, we offer child seats and booster seats for families travelling with young children. Safety is our top priority, so we ensure that all our vehicles are equipped with the appropriate child safety seats.

Will my vehicle be clean?

Yes, absolutely! We take pride in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our vehicles. Each vehicle undergoes a thorough cleaning process before and after every trip to ensure that it is pristine and sanitised for our passengers' comfort and safety. From the plush seating to the pristine interiors, you can expect your vehicle to be clean and well-maintained for a pleasant and enjoyable journey.

Will bottled water be available in the vehicle?

Yes, complimentary bottled water is provided in all our vehicles for your convenience and refreshment during your journey.

Can I charge my phone in the vehicle?

Yes, all our vehicles are equipped with charging ports or outlets, allowing you to charge your phone or other electronic devices during your journey.

Can I make special requests for amenities or preferences during my journey?

Absolutely! We want your journey to be as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, so we welcome any special requests or preferences you may have. Whether you need the newspaper or music playlist, just let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Will I be notified when my chauffeur arrives?

Can I set up a corporate account and pay by invoice?

Yes, we offer account setup and invoicing options for corporate clients or frequent travellers. Please contact our customer service team to set up an account or discuss payment options.

What is your cancellation policy?

With our flexing booking and cancellation, you can easily make changes to your existing booking or make any cancellations free of charge up to 24hrs prior to the pickup time. We suggest you contact us directly to discuss any cancellation or rescheduling requests.
