Booking & Reservations
Booking with us is simple and convenient. You can book your chauffeur service with us online through our website "My Account" section. Alternatively, if you have a bespoke request or need multiple cars for multiple days, you can contact our customer service team directly to assist you with your booking.
We recommend booking our chauffeur service at least 24 hours in advance to ensure the chauffeur and vehicle availability, although we can accommodate last-minute bookings whenever possible.
With our flexible booking and cancellation, you can make changes or cancel your existing booking. Charges may apply, therefore we suggest you refer to our Terms & Conditions and contact us directly to discuss any cancellation or rescheduling requests.
Luxury Vehicles & Fleet
We offer a wide range of vehicles to ensure that you travel in comfort and style. There are 4 categories of the service - Business Class, First Class, First Class SUV and Business Class XL. Our fleet includes top-of-the-line models such as the Mercedes-Benz S Class, BMW 7 Series, Range Rover Vogue Autobiography and Mercedes-Benz V Class.
Yes, we offer child seats and booster seats for passengers travelling with young children. Safety is our top priority, so we ensure that all our vehicles are equipped with the appropriate child safety seats.
Yes, absolutely! We take pride in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our vehicles. Each vehicle undergoes a thorough cleaning process before and after every trip to ensure that it is pristine and sanitised for our passengers' comfort and safety.
Chauffeur Services
Hourly booking, also known as "As Directed" or "Bespoke Hire" service, offers you the luxury and comfort of having the same trusted chauffeur throughout the day/s. Enjoy freedom of movement as your chauffeur watches your belongings and is always there when you need him. The day hire duration is usually 8 hours.
Yes, complimentary bottled water is provided in all our vehicles for your convenience and refreshment during your journey.
Yes, all our vehicles are equipped with charging ports or outlets, allowing you to charge your phone or other electronic devices during your journey.

Yes, we offer account setup and invoicing options for corporate clients or frequent travellers. Please contact our customer service team to request an application form.
We include complimentary waiting time in your booking depending on the pick-up location: Airports 60 minutes; FBOs (private jets), heliports, train stations and cruises 30 minutes; residential addresses including hotels, offices and restaurants 15 minutes. Waiting time starts from the flight landing time, train/cruise arrival time, or your confirmed pick-up time. Any waiting beyond these included times may incur additional charges.
