Waiting Time, Delays and What to Send Us
Give us your flight number when you book. That is what puts the pickup on the aircraft rather than on a time typed in days earlier: if the flight is delayed, the collection moves with it and nobody needs to call. Without a flight number the waiting clock starts at the time originally agreed.
Complimentary waiting time is 60 minutes at Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton and London City, counted from the actual landing rather than the booking time, so immigration and baggage reclaim come out of it and not out of your pocket. At private jet terminals it is 30 minutes, planned around the aircraft. Waiting beyond the allowance is charged at the applicable hourly rate.
